<title>Silex vs Webstudio, side by side: building the same CMS page in both (demo)</title>

<description>No sound: turn on the subtitles (CC button, English or French) to follow what happens at each step. The same page built twice: a grid of characters from the public Rick and Morty GraphQL API, first in Silex, then in Webstudio. Both builds go through the same steps: connecting the API, looping over the results, binding the data, building the alt text and the permalink, then publishing. In Silex, the page is published as static HTML with the data already in it. In Webstudio, the GraphQL variable carries a Pro badge, expressions are written in JavaScript, and a custom domain with CMS requires the Pro plan. There is no voice-over: English and French subtitles describe each step.
